The first step is to consult the nominated stakeholders and user groups extensively on communication and collaboration needs, identifying the specific collaboration and productivity requirements across different teams and departments. We review current practices and correspondence processes, based on which we design the new messaging and collaboration features, necessary processes, and integrations.
